Drew Nieporent Opens Corton With Chef Paul Liebrandt
Corton, the newest addition to the Myriad Restaurant Group, is located in the heart of Tribeca and occupies the former Montrachet space at 239 West Broadway. Renowned restaurateur Drew Nieporent and Chef Paul Liebrandt have created an inviting and romantic ambiance in a 65-seat dining room that is light and intimate, with vaulted ceilings and leaf and vine embossed walls. "I have great admiration for Paul's talent and am looking forward to working together with him, says Nieporent." It took a long time to get to this point and we're very happy to be making this announcement."

Corton will focus on modern French cooking. "I will pay respect to the tradition of classical French cuisine, while adding my own personal style," says Chef Liebrandt. The restaurant will feature a tasting menu for $110, as well as a three-course prix fixe menu for $76.

The Corton hill is the largest area of Grand Cru in Burgundy and the wine list will feature many selections from the region. In addition to this select list, an extended portfolio of world-class wines will be available on the Corton website.
