With plans to grow their wellbeing paradigm to 20 spas over the next few years, exhale currently operates 9 properties in carefully selected upscale locations in New York, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles and has two additional spas in development.

Each program is designed with this philosophy in mind, utilizing up-to-the-minute technologies, top of the line skin and body products, and proven fitness systems designed to ensure visible results. The Exhale owners have always been cutting edge - as they co-developed, taught and teacher-trained at the Lotte Berk Method from 1980 through 2002.
